How to Claim Your PC Version
If you're buying now: Purchase a digital copy of any listed title on Xbox (console or Microsoft Store) and the PC version will appear in your Ubisoft Connect library automatically. Make sure Ubisoft Connect is updated to the latest version.
If you already own any of these on Xbox: Link your Xbox account to your Ubisoft account via Ubisoft Account Settings → Linked Accounts → Xbox → Link. Your PC copies will appear in Ubisoft Connect during a progressive rollout that completes by August 4, 2026.

In-game currencies and one-time-use content are explicitly excluded. For games that support cross-progression between Xbox and PC, your save data and earned content will carry over — but not every title on the list supports this. This Is Not Xbox Play Anywhere
It's worth understanding what this deal isn't. Xbox Play Anywhere — Microsoft's existing cross-buy program for first-party titles — bundles Xbox and PC versions automatically and supports cross-save.
